ORA-19573: cannot obtain exclusive enqueue for datafile 1

The error occurs when executing restore database statement.

Cause: The problem occurs because of an attempt to restore an open dtabase.

Solution: Mount the database but not open it.

Run

SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATE;

STARTUP MOUNT;
